Returns Policy
Returning unwanted items
A customer can return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in it’s as new condition. It should also have all its accessories and parts intact, in unopened original packaging. The proof of purchase should also accompany the item. A customer can return an unwanted item after 14 days but no more than 30 days of receipt. A 15% handling fee will be retained along with the RRP of any opened or used items, refund will be carried out once the item has been returned, at the cost of the customer, and checked for damage or use. Any equipment must be in new, undamaged condition and in original packaging for refund to be agreed. If the equipment is not returned in new condition, in its original, undamaged packaging we reserve the right to refuse full refund and offer a discretionary refund for the used equipment instead.
Damaged or faulty consumable items
A damaged item should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged or faulty items can be returned for exchange at any time before 21 days elapse. After 21 days, replacement is at our discretion.
Damaged or faulty Printers and other Equipment
A damaged or faulty Printer or other piece of equipment can be returned for exchange if reported within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days the warranty will kick in, the equipment warranties may vary for different items. Depending upon the warranty details we will either help you to repair the equipment, take the equipment back to repair ourselves or return the equipment to the manufacturer for repair. NB. Printer printheads are not covered under warranty, they are classed as consumable items.
How to return
Customers are free to arrange to call into our office and drop off a return item. This is provided they have a proof of purchase for example a receipt. If the item is small the customer can return via post at their own expense for unwanted items or for reimbursement of postage costs if returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. If a large bulky item is faulty or damaged the customer can call and arrange for the item to be picked up by carrier, at our expense. If the item is unwanted the customer must arrange for return via carrier on a tracked service, at the customers expense.
Refund
Refunds are done in 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued in the same method of which payment was taken. Items that were damaged and had repairs started can attract a charge to offset the repair costs.
