I purchased my ribbon-printing equipment from Jo some time ago – but circumstances outside my control meant that it was many months before I could actually attempt to start using it for my business. In that time I had of course forgotten all the instructions, and together with an unerring deficiency in basic computing skills I was totally at a loss about what to do. I assumed glumly that as it had been so long, the company wouldn’t want to know, or would simply try to sell me a new updated version . I am very happy to say that Jo and Tom were absolutely fantastic in their patience, kindness and support – going above and beyond to get me set-up and confident in printing. I highly recommend their personal customer support and only hope that as the business continues to grow ever more successful, they never loose this dedication to helping their customers. I cannot thank them enough.
