As I was starting a new customer order, my printer seemed to develop a fault. I tried various things to cure the issue, but no, a fault there was. I sent pictures to Tom and a short video demonstrating the problem. Tom agreed there was a problem and asked me to return the unit. The day the unit was received by Tom, he fixed the fault, tested it and shipped it back to me. I was delighted to receive the working printer back, within 3 days of the fault occurring.Thank you to Tom for his super service and to the whole team at Ribbon Writer for their tremendous help, assistance and advise with anything we manage to throw their way.
